We stand behind everything we put out. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Defects & Damage
If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing error, or shipping damage, email info@sekkle.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include a clear photo and your order number. If approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
All claims are subject to review. We reserve the right to decline a claim if the damage appears to result from misuse, improper washing, or wear and tear after delivery. Fraudulent claims may result in permanent ineligibility for future resolution.
Lost in Transit
Submit a claim within 2 weeks of your estimated delivery date, and we'll cover reprinting and reshipping at no cost. We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and check with your local post office first.
Package Shows Delivered But Hasn't Arrived
Contact your local carrier first — they often have location details on file. If it remains unresolved, email us, and we'll do our best to help. We're unable to reship or refund orders that tracking confirms as delivered.
Sizing & Change of Mind
All sales are final unless an item arrives defective or damaged. We're unable to accept returns for sizing preference or change of mind.

What We Don't Accept Returns On
- Items purchased at a discount or on sale (unless defective)
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Jewellery, swimwear, or underwear
- Minor print placement variation — small shifts are a natural part of the printing process
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
We move quickly to get orders into production. If you need to cancel, contact us within 1–2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after that window.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.
